Vegan Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:
  • 4-8 large jalapeño peppers
  • 1 package vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 sprinkle of cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 finely chopped green onion (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of panko bread crumbs 

Directions:
  1. Wash and slice peppers in half
  2. Hollow out the seeds
  3. Combine cream cheese, spices and 1 of the tablespoons of panko bread crumbs
  4. Fill each pepper half with mixture
  5. Sprinkle other table spoon of panko bread crumbs on top
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until filling is golden
  7. Enjoy!
