Simple Summer Stone Fruit Crisp
Our best friend's backyard is a stone fruit paradise! Peaches, nectarines, and plums galore! We picked these gorgeous drupes and baked a delicious Crisp, vegan style of course..
Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 cups of sliced stone fruit (nectarines, cherries, peaches, plums, etc)
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
