Aerial Yoga at Be Blissful Energy

We really enjoyed our class with Miss Eden at Blissful Energy in Melbourne, Florida. The class was designed for children on the Autism Spectrum, and was just right for us. The kiddos LOVED the sound healing and singing bowls that were incorporated too -- such a great Friday. I highly recommend attending an aerial yoga class for kids near you if you can find one!
